Job description

  • Delivering excellent customer service, at all times
  • Attending to visitors by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering and forwarding any incoming calls and providing basic information when needed
  • Receiving, and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Assisting in maintaining the reception area
  • Assisting with inwards and outwards communications
  • Attending to any administrative works assigned by the administration department

Qualifications and experience

  • The applicant should have a Diploma in customer services or related field
  • The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • She/he should be competent in Microsoft applications
